- I am voluntarily participating in a hiking activity organized by Unity Center of Norwalk.
- I understand that hiking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Slips, trips, and falls
- Exposure to adverse weather conditions
- Encounters with wildlife
- Getting lost
- I am physically and mentally fit to participate in this activity.
- I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damage that may occur to myself or my property as a result of my participation in this activity.
- I release Unity Center of Norwalk and its representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage that may occur to me or my property as a result of my participation in this activity.

The main entry point is on Mill Plain Road at the intersection of Mill Plain and Brookside Drive. There's paved parking for 10-15 cars just north of the Mill River bridge. Otherwise, there's parking across the road at St. Pius church.
