2. I understand that hiking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

   • Exposure to adverse weather conditions
   
   
   • Encounters with wildlife
   
   
   • Getting lost
   
   
   
   


3. I am physically and mentally fit to participate in this activity.


4. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damage that may occur to myself or my property as a result of my participation in this activity.


5. I release Unity Center of Norwalk and its representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage that may occur to me or my property as a result of my participation in this activity.
